Your Different Implant Restoration Options

Place and Restore In-house With Dr. Miely

Our team is able to place and restore your dental implants right here in our Upper Arlinngton office. This means you won’t need to go to a dental implant specialist miles away to complete your restoration.

Dr. Miely will get to know you and your needs, then offer a seamless dental implant experience. We use a 3D scanner to plan your placement process and ensure accuracy throughout your procedure.

• First, Dr. Miely will warmly welcome you for an exam to see if dental implants are the perfect fit for your smile. Often, all that's needed is enough strong bone in your jaw to comfortably support the implant.
• If you're a good candidate, we'll invite you back to our office for the procedure. Dr. Miely will carefully place the titanium implant(s) just below your gum line. While doing this, we make sure to prioritize your comfort, with everything from patient comfort amenities to dental sedation to keep you as ease throughout the process.
• Next, the titanium implant will gently fuse with your jawbone as it heals, acting just like a natural tooth root. During this healing period, Dr. Miely can often provide a temporary dental restoration, so you won't have to go a single day without your beautiful smile.
• Once you've healed beautifully, you'll have one final visit with Dr. Miely so that he can attach your permanent restoration. Your custom-made crowns, bridges, or dentures will be crafted to perfectly complement your unique smile, and we know you'll be delighted with the results!
